      1. Enjoyed reading this. The effort you put into your post really shows. I’ve enjoyed using olive oil for my prepoo. Looking forward to your next post.

      2. I love to prepoo with avocado! I’ve recently started using aloe vera gel though to hydrate my hair and lock it in with olive oil. I do it the night before I wash and as you’ve said detangling is a breeze and my hair LOVES it! Thank you for the wonderful post!

        1. I have not tried avocado for prepooing but I have for deep conditioning but I bet the result will be fantastic….. I can’t get enough of Aloe vera, love it so much. You are welcome. Thanks for suggestion again.

      3. Hi I do part of the prepoo method, only the oils and it works well but am going to introduce the conditioner to it. I had dermatitis sehboric, I had visited a dermatologist and the prescription never worked but got it worst,a pharmacist prescribed a cream that they made and tablets,it work but I used to get flare ups,I changed my shampoo to the dailydefense brand that has less sulfate.I used oils before shampooing sometimes I sleep with the oils in my hair at nights and shampoo the next morning. I have no flare ups and dandruff is eliminating.

I'd like to know what you think
